We have heard from several local customers asking about the ability to purchase our candles online and then pick them up from our front porch as opposed to having them delivered via USPS and incurring the shipping cost. We are happy to say that yes, we provide that service and feedback has been positive from those who have chosen that option. We love it because our customers save money and can do a contactless pick up on a schedule that works best for them.
How it works is simple. At checkout, select the ‘Pick up’ option (screen shot below). The shipping information section including charges goes away and you move directly to the payment section. After the order is confirmed and submitted, we will work on getting it prepared for pick up. Once we have it ready for you, we will send you an email letting you know your order is ready along with instructions for scheduling the pickup. On a day and time that is convenient with you, we will place your order on our porch in a designated location for you to stop by and pick up with no hassle. Most orders will be ready in 1-2 business days.
